Day 01: ARRIVE AHMEDABAD
Arrive at Ahmedabad airport, meet and greet by ITM representative and transfer to hotel. Where our representative will assist you to check in at hotel and later explain the tour scheduled in detail and handover all the tour related documents to you.
Ahmedabad, in western India, is the largest city in the state of Gujarat. The Sabarmati River runs through its center. On the western bank is the Gandhi Ashram at Sabarmati, which displays the spiritual leader’s living quarters and artifacts. Across the river, the Calico Museum of Textiles, once a cloth merchant’s mansion, has a significant collection of antique and modern fabrics. Overnight Ahmedabad.
Day 02: AHMEDABAD
After breakfast proceed full day sightseeing of Gujarat visit Hathee Singh Jain Temple. This temple is dedicated to Dharamanath, the 15th Jina or Jain apposite. This temple is one of the best ornated Jain temples in Ahmedabad and is built of pure white marble and decorated with rich carvings. Later we visit the Jama Masjid. Jama Masjid was built in 1423 by Ahmad Shah and described by some as the most beautiful mosque in India. This mosque is believed to have been constructed from the items salvaged from the demolished Hindu and Jain temples. After visiting the mosque we visit the Calico museum of textiles. This museum is widely regarded as one of the finest textiles museums in the world, started in Calico Textile Mill. This museum of textiles has excellent exhibits of antique and modern textiles including rare tapestries, wall hangings, costumes and old weaving machines. Overnight Ahmedabad.
Day 03: AHMEDABAD – RAJKOT
After breakfast drive to Rajkot. Rajkot is a very pleasant provincial town. Rajkot is a city in the western Indian state of Gujarat. In central Jubilee Garden are the Lang Library, with Gujarati literature, and the Watson Museum, with paintings and artifacts documenting British colonial rule. Kaba Gandhi No Delo, the house where Mahatma Gandhi spent part of his childhood, displays photos of the Indian leader and his belongings. The Rotary Dolls Museum exhibits dolls from around the world. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight Rajkot.
Day 04: RAJKOT- GIR NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast and check out from the hotel drive to Gir National Park. Gir The only home of the endangered mighty Asiatic Lion, on arrival check in at Jungle Lodge. Evening enjoy jeep safari to explore wildlife inside the park with accompanied naturalist. Overnight Gir.
Day 05 – 06: GIR NATIONAL PARK
Day 5 and 6 are for Morning & Evening enjoy Jeep safari to explore the wildlife inside with accompanied naturalist. You will spot animal species such as Sambar and spotted deer (chital), blue bull (nilgai), chousingha (the world’s only four-horned antelope), chinkara (Indian gazelle) and wild boar thrive in Gir. Jackal, striped hyena, jungle cat, rusty-spotted cat, langur, porcupine, black-naped Indian hare are among the other mammals of Gir. Evening enjoy delicious dinner and overnight at Gir.
Day 07: GIR NATIONAL PARK – GONDAL
After breakfast and check out drive to Gondal, Gondal state was one of the eight first class princely states of Kathiawar Agency, Bombay Presidency in British India. On arrival Gondal check in at hotel, after freshen up visit Naulakha Palace Museum-housing a collection of royal artifacts, Swaminarayan temple – erected by Shastriji Maharaj and the Ayurvedic pharmacy. Later, leave for a tour of the Maharaja’s private grasslands where you can spot Blackbuck and blue bulls roaming freely and later the town’s the bird-rich lakes. Overnight Gondal.
Day 08: GONDAL – DASADA
Post breakfast and check out from the hotel and drive to Dasada. Dasada also known as the Gateway to the little Rann of kutch, also known as Dhangadhra Sanctuary, a well-known wildlife reserve of the western part of the country. On arriving, check-in at your pre-booked resort. In the evening, enjoy a jeep game safari inside the national park, accompanied by a local guide. Overnight Dasada.
Day 09: DASADA
Today, we will explore the Wild Ass Sanctuary to get the best wildlife views. For the same, we will enter in the sanctuary twice i.e. in the morning and afternoon shift. During our wildlife safaris to the wild Ass sanctuary, one can spot the blue bull, chinkara, blackbuck, Indian wolf, Indian Fox, desert Fox, Jackals, Jungle and desert cats and hyenas. In addition to the mammals and predators, one can also spot a large variety of birds in the sanctuary such as the Flamingos, cranes, ducks, pelicans and storks.
Day 10: DASADA – AHMEDABAD
After Breakfast drive to Ahmadabad, on arrival Ahmadabad transfer to the Airport / Railway Station to catch flight / Train for onwards destination with the happy memories of your tour and our services.
