Day 01: ARRIVE IN KATHMANDU (1345M)

On arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuwan Int’l airport, meet our representative and transfer to hotel. Briefing on program. Evening free for you to stroll around free from shopping ( own cost ).

Day 02: KATHMANDU – NAGARKOT

After breakfast you proceed for fullday sightseeing to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Bhaktapu. Pashupatinath, situated 5 km east of Kathmandu. The temple of Lord Shiva, Pathupatinath with its two-tiered golden roof and silver doors is considered one of the holiest Hindu shrines.

You will then visit Boudhanath, which lies 3 kms east of Pashupati. This ancient colossal Buddhist stupa is one of the biggest in the world. It was listed as a UNESCO Heritage Monument in 1979.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square is the plaza in front of the royal palace of the old Bhaktapur Kingdom. It is one of three Durbar Square the Kathmandu, Valley in Nepal, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The Bhaktapur Durbar Square is located in the current town of Bhaktapur, which lies 13 km east of Kathmandu. While the complex consists of at least four distinct square (Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatreya Square and Pottery Square), the whole are is informally known as the Bhakapur Durbar Square, and is a highly visited site in the Kathmandu.

Nagarkot is a hill station 32 km east of Kathmandu. You can enjoy the beautiful country side view on the way to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is a popular destination to view Himalayas, sunset and sunrise.

Day 03: NAGARKOT – KATHMANDU

After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu. Check in hotel and relax for an hour. Afternoon proceed for halfday sightseeing to Swyambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square

Swayambhunath, one of the world’s most glorious Buddhist chaityas. It is said to be 2000 years old. Painted on the four sides of the spire base are the all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha.

Kathmandu Durbar Square is world heritage site where you will see the Taleju Temple, built by King MahendraMalla in 1549 A.D.; Kal Bhairav, the God of destruction; Nautale Durbar; Nasal Chowk; GaddiBaithak; the statue of King PratapMalla and the Jagannath. In the same site you will also visit the living goddess Kumari and Hanuman Dhoka

Day 04: KATHMANDU– DEPARTURE

After breakfast, you are free till the time of check out. Transfer to the Tribhuwan International Airport to catch your return flight.
